I needed to replace an older blender so I went about doing my research on various products to choose the best model possible. I started by using a newer model of the one I had, since others had given it rave reviews, but found that it was actually worse than my worn out blender.
Then I went about looking into another model when a store clerk recommended this model, and even boasted the 30 day return policy of the store if I was unhappy.
